According to PricewaterhouseCoopers research, 45% of digital buyers worldwide said that reading reviews, comments and feedback on social media influenced their digital shopping behavior. The study was conducted  based on the  22,618 digital buyers ages 18 and older. 45% of digital buyers said that reading reviews, comments and feedback on social media influenced their digital shopping behavior. Viewing ads, staying on top of current fashion and product trends and  purchasing products on social channel had a great impact on digital shopping behavior as well.
